A knife sharpener for every situation.
The AQUA NON STOP COMFORT can grind the knives from practically all manufacturers. A special feature is the tool-free changeover function, taking less than a minute. The knives fit precisely into the drawer provided. Insertion errors are virtually impossible. Thanks to the use of templates, the sharpening stone grinds your knives precisely, all the way along the knife contour. This preserves the original contour shape, and boosts blade service life. And as a result, you get outstanding crop cutting quality.
Easy to use.
Key settings are intuitively applied from the ergonomically designed control terminal. This is where you switch the machine on and off, and select the desired number of grinding cycles The grinding pressure can be adjusted with a knob according to the operating conditions. The current pressure is displayed on a pressure gauge. The terminal also provides diagnosis functions for the service technician.
High tech at its best.
The machine functions are operated pneumatically. The lift tray, grinding motor and knife pick are all operated pneumatically. Sensors and pressure switches are used for process control and user safety functions. All cycles and processes are monitored, and can be displayed for diagnosis purposes via a sensor query process.
All fully automatic.
The knives are automatically laid in position. A safety switch eliminates any danger during removal of the sharpened knives. The knife tray can accommodate an entire set of knives.
Clean working.
The grinding filings are collected in a special drawer. A two-stage deposition process reliably clears the filings away, so that the surrounding air is completely free of grinding dust. The filings drawer can be emptied at any time.
